We begin creating our pizzas with a fine grade flour to mix a delicate dough that is aged for 24 hours and hand tossed. Next, we apply a drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, our custom designed Mountain Red Sauce made from fresh hand crushed tomatoes, exquisite cheeses, and the finest local and imported toppings we can find. Each Pizza is handmade in front of you (if you want to watch) and then placed in our 800-degree, rotating floor Brick oven. In 3-5 minutes, your pizza is cooked to perfection and ready to eat! Our beer & wine tap wall allows you to pour it yourself, only what YOU want and charges you by the ounce so no need to buy a full beer if you don’t want to. Our instant glass chiller helps keep your beer colder longer and there’s nothing like an ice-cold beer in a frosted mug!
