Sledding Beaver Creek

Great fun for ALL ages! The 2 million acres of National Forest provide endless sledding opportunities! The hill at the top of Beaver Creek Reservoir and the Guard Station hill are two great spots that you can drive right up to.

LOCAL TIP: Choose a sled that is simple and made of foam, plastic, or a rubber tube. Saucers and wooden/ metal-rail sleds don’t work as well on powder days.

The Town of South Fork hosts a Saturday Night Bonfire & Skate Party (mid-January til Late February)

On the Map: G6 The hill at the top of Beaver Creek Reservoir and the Guard Station hill are two great spots that you can drive right up to.

On the Map: G5 Rickle Park, right in town, has a fun, short sled hill that's great for a quick adenture outside.
