November 29th & 30th
Kick-off the holiday season in South Fork. First is the annual Yuletide Lighting of the trees at the Visitor Center and historic water tower: See the incredible holiday lights, enjoy Christmas music, Santa Claus (with gifts for every child), snacks, cookies, hot chocolate, and general holiday merriment! Winterfest brings local vendors to display and sell food, crafts, holiday goods, antiques, artwork, and more.
Yuletide Celebration
Always the Friday after Thanksgiving • 5pm-8pm • Free
The evening features the lighting of 50 Christmas Trees, a photos with Santa (complete with presents for every child), and a free delicious dinner. Enjoy the magic evening in the comfort of our heated circus tent!

Winterfest Craft Show at the Rio Grande Club
Always the Saturday after Thanksgiving • 9am-4pm • Free
24 vendors from across Colorado offering high quality, affordable items. Plan on getting some of your Christmas shopping done and supporting our local artisans at the same time!
Find unique gifts and enjoy festive treats created by local artisans. Explore two full floors of local vendors and crafters, each offering a variety of goods that promise to fulfill all your holiday shopping needs. Remember, when you shop here, you're supporting local businesses! Santa will be visiting for photos.

Both Yuletide & Winterfest are organized by the South Fork Friends Foundation - a philanthropic organization focused on enhancing South Fork's unique appeal by funding activities that highlight its amazing beauty, build community relationships, encourage volunteerism, and bring creative projects to life.
